CTO Services
Fractional CTO or “CTO-as-a-Service” (CTOaaS). This service allows us to act as a sounding board providing impartial advice, challenging thinking and help develop your strategy. We can introduce the correct people to help, as well as research and guidance. We can introduce and implement key technology, and where necessary get down and dirty in the tech detail.
Business founders and execs are often working beyond their capacity and at anti-social times of the day. As a result, finding time to research profoundly technical but business-critical topics properly can be challenging. Our Exec Advice line provides ad-hoc support when you require it, with a low monthly overhead for technical and strategic advice on any topic. We'll point you at research, challenge your thinking, provide counter opportunities, and give introductions when needed.
Perhaps your team set-up is self-sufficient but requires a more structured mentorship. In addition to our Exec Advice Line, we offer monthly mentorship sessions with your team. These mentorship sessions can help plan team growth strategies, team structures, and tech roadmaps, create plans for team maturity and implement risk management strategies for data loss prevention.
Our full implant service. Our Mentorship Weekly package is designed for teams that need an entirely focused mentorship program to guide and coach your team step by step. This can include, but is not limited to, reviewing pull requests, helping with sprint planning and road mapping, to technical and solutions architecture.
